Every July for the past 4 years, a football tournament has been held in memory of Jamie and to raise awareness – held at Nicholas Breakspear School, all the teams wear Jamie McVeigh foundation T Shirts & different school years play against each other to win the cup presented by Jamie’s dad – This year the money raised went to Hatfield Comets FC and helped purchase new footballs, goal nets, goal posts, training bibs and water bottles and bags.
